Channel Sales Manager
– You will develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, work closely with internal support teams to enable partners to distribute Metronet services effectively, and maintain a strong understanding of the telecommunications landscape.

Essential Job Functions
New Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with prospective Channel Partners through cold calling and other prospecting methods.
Partner Training: Convey Metronet’s Value Proposition; review product, pricing and procedures; demonstrate online tools and resources; support external agents selling Metronet services.
Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to increase Metronet brand awareness.
Provide proposals and presentations; assist agents in managing their customers and prospects.
Coordinate regular outreach to the current agent base to promote training programs.
Document lessons learned and implement improved best practices.
Other job‑related duties as requested.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four‑year college, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Highly motivated, organized, and self‑driven with 3–5 years of indirect telecom sales experience.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Teamwork and independent work ability.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Additional Job Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed to support the territory.
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
Effective problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
