Overview A leading global apparel manufacturer is seeking an experienced

Marketing Director

to lead its U.S. marketing and creative teams.

This role will oversee

brand strategy, campaign development, and digital marketing initiatives , while serving as a key liaison with the company’s headquarters in Korea.

The ideal candidate is a

bilingual marketing leader (Korean/English)

with a strong understanding of

Korean corporate culture ,

U.S. consumer trends , and a proven ability to lead both

marketing and design teams

in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute

integrated marketing strategies

that align with global objectives and resonate with U.S. consumers.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels — retail, digital, PR, and event marketing.

Lead planning and execution of

seasonal and product-specific campaigns

tailored for the U.S. market.

Oversee

trade show strategy and execution , including booth design, brand storytelling, and event coordination.

Drive performance in

e-commerce, social media, influencer marketing, and paid digital campaigns .

Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competitive trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI across campaigns.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing associates and graphic designers, fostering creativity and accountability.

Qualifications

10–15 years

of progressive marketing experience in

apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands .

Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)

— required.

Experience working with or within

Korean corporate culture .

Proven leadership experience managing

both marketing and design teams

(preferred).

Strong understanding of the

U.S. apparel, retail, and e-commerce markets .

Expertise in trade show management, digital marketing, and brand development.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Willingness to travel (20%+).
