CRM and database mastery

Nurture in‑house agents and teams for referrals
Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
Qualifications
A real estate license is required
Must live within daily driving distance of the office
Must have working rights in the USA
Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
Self motivated and self sufficient
Proven negotiating and communication skills
Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
Compensation $165,000 at plan commissions
