Take on increasing responsibility as training progresses
Qualifications
Must be
18 years or older
and
authorized to work in the United States
Strong
communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented
Ability to thrive in a
fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
Interest in
management, leadership, business, marketing, or operations
Customer service, sales, marketing, or team leadership experience is a plus—but not required
