Join Upscope as our newest Account Executive, and take full ownership of inbound deals, customer relationships, and renewals in a growing SaaS team.
Employment type: Part-time, 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Location: Brickell, Miami (preferred) or remote anywhere in Florida Compensation: $30,000 – $36,000 base salary (annual, part-time) + commission
We’re looking for an Account Executive to take ownership of inbound sales and build genuine, long-term relationships with our customers. You’ll handle deals from the very first conversation through to close, and continue working with customers after they sign - supporting renewals, spotting expansion opportunities, and making sure they’re getting real value.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a growing SaaS company. It’s not about hard selling – it’s about understanding problems, giving honest advice, being responsive, and making good commercial decisions.
Main responsibilities
Own inbound sales opportunities from first touch to close
Run discovery calls and product demos that are tailored to each customer
Handle pricing conversations and negotiations within clear guardrails
Keep a healthy, well-managed pipeline of opportunities
Account management
Own relationships with a set of customers post-sale
Lead renewals and identify opportunities to expand accounts
Be the main commercial point of contact for your accounts
Proactively check in with customers to make sure they’re happy and seeing value
Customer & internal collaboration
Provide support cover via Intercom (chat/email) during agreed periods
Work closely with product and customer ops to solve issues and improve the product
Share customer feedback, objections, and feature requests with the wider team
Keep CRM, account notes, and deal history up to date (nothing fancy – just accurate and useful)
About you
2-6 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or a hybrid role
Comfortable owning customer relationships from start to finish
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercially minded, but genuinely focused on long-term customer value
Organised, proactive, and happy juggling a few things at once
Nice to have
Experience with Intercom, CRMs, and other customer-facing SaaS tools
