What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote Neurocrine products and manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers in a designated territory
Drive product acceptance and growth through strategic account management and education
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through both in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, patient access, and medical science liaisons to enhance product promotion
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management abilities
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned geographic area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare accounts and payer requirements
Demonstrated entrepreneurial attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
