What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in‑person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics
Collaborate with internal partners across various departments to enhance product promotion and customer education
Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance policies while managing promotional resources and budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and launch success in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency in the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
Adaptability in managing change and thriving in fast‑paced environments
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
