Position Summary Join a fast-growing luxury aesthetics and wellness brand as a Traveling Sales Manager. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments, enjoy traveling, and are passionate about beauty, confidence, and high-end service. You will support multiple spa locations across the U.S., helping elevate sales performance while delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with a premium brand image.
What You’ll Handle
Engage spa guests and guide them through premium treatments and skincare options
Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling of services and packages
Collaborate with on-site teams such as estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership
Support assigned spa locations based on business needs and performance goals
Maintain daily sales focus while adapting quickly to new teams and environments
Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong personal presence
Required Background
Experience in sales, client relations, or high-value service environments
Comfortable working toward daily and individual sales goals
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Willingness to travel and relocate temporarily as assignments change
Valid driver’s license required
Comfortable and agreeable with W9 / 1099 status and responsible for own taxes
