Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Aesthetic Spa Sales Manager to lead our in-spa sales operations with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling treatment packages and skincare products. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue by increasing average ticket value, improving conversion rates, and ensuring every client receives personalized recommendations based on their needs. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling and knows how to turn treatments into long-term client programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the in-spa sales team to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Drive upselling of premium treatments, add-ons, and advanced service packages.

Drive cross-selling of skincare products and post-treatment care solutions.

Ensure all consultations focus on recommending complete treatment plans and long-term programs.

Monitor key sales metrics such as conversion rate, average ticket value, and product-to-service ratio.

Coach and train the sales team on effective consultative selling techniques.

Ensure sales conversations are client-focused, ethical, and solution-based.

Work closely with clinical and spa teams to align treatment offerings and sales strategies.

Handle escalated client concerns professionally and efficiently.

Prepare accurate sales reports and performance summaries.

Support onboarding and continuous development of sales staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Sales role.

Strong background in spa, medical aesthetics, wellness, or high-ticket retail sales preferred.

Demonstrated experience in upselling and cross-selling.

Ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
