
Sales Manager – Luxury Spa
Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role
Step into a high-energy sales role at one of our luxury spa locations. As a Sales Manager, your primary focus is driving revenue by selling treatments and packages, upselling, and cross-selling directly to clients after their sessions. You'll also align and support your sales team to ensure daily sales goals are met, creating a client experience that encourages repeat visits and maximizes results. Lead the sales team to achieve daily sales quotas Sell, upsell, and cross-sell premium spa treatments and packages Engage with clients after treatments to enhance their experience and maximize sales Use the CRM system to track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best Optionally travel to support other spa locations, with all travel expenses covered by the company Who We're Looking For
Any sales experience qualifies, whether entry-level or seasoned (2 months experience is acceptable) Basic understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques Eager, motivated, and results-driven personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and client-focused demeanor Willingness to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role and visit multiple locations across the US What We Offer
