Recommend spa treatments and packages tailored to client needs
Guide clients through service options professionally
Track and monitor weekly and monthly sales metrics
Maintain organized follow-up to encourage repeat visits
Support team members in achieving individual and group sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, or spa services
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized, goal-oriented, and confident in client-facing interactions
Compensation
3000 USD monthly base
Plus commission
Independent Contractor (1099)
