What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support, monitor, and manage the Connected Device Inventory
Troubleshoot medical equipment and ensure proper data connections
Collaborate with vendors and IT for hardware and software integration
Develop service documentation and provide technical training to associates
Conduct departmental rounds to promote communication with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the support and service of medical equipment and systems
Required formal clinical equipment manufacturer training
Strong knowledge of HL7, DICOM, TCP/IP, and other communication protocols
Associate's Degree or equivalent technical training in a relevant field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Additional degree in Information Systems is highly desired
Project management experience or training strongly preferred
Networking, Security, SysAdmin, or other relevant certifications
Understanding of computer and network security
Knowledge of HIPAA and security industry standards
