What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and execute a strategic partner plan to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets

Define and document partner-specific business development strategies to ensure mutual buy-in

Cultivate strategic alignment between the employer and partner roadmaps

Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that align with revenue goals and KPIs

Utilize CRM to track and report key performance metrics related to revenue-driving activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

5-7 years of experience in business development and/or direct sales focused on partner relationships

Strong CRM skills with the ability to accurately forecast channel revenue

Experience in the digital banking space, particularly in fraud and advanced analytics

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Expertise in the fraud, identity verification, or cybersecurity sectors

Strategic thinker capable of blending technology and business strategy for new partner initiatives

Self-sufficient leader with a strong focus on execution and driving revenue results

Comfortable with 40-60% travel when required
