What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Grow and develop a high‑performing Commercial and SDR team by identifying and training talent

Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of leadership management experience

3+ years of sales leadership experience

Previous experience in a startup or scale‑up environment

Experience in the SaaS industry

Proven track record in developing and retaining high‑performing sales teams
