What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the development of innovative commercial strategies and deal structures for complex opportunities

Conduct demand validation to align commercial outputs with customer needs and market realities

Mobilize internal and external partners to facilitate smooth deal progression

Drive strategic negotiations with key stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements

Develop and present proposals that articulate value propositions to executive-level stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years' enterprise-level outside software experience, preferably in web technology and digital marketing solutions

Experience in highly matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders

Expertise in developing commercial strategies and deal structures for large transactions

Proven ability to conduct demand validation and translate insights into actionable strategies

Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record in high-stakes deals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in cloud-related sales, consulting, or licensing

Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial modeling and risk assessment

Excellent communication and presentation skills with influence over executive stakeholders
