What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Mexico, focusing on organizations that can benefit from the DevSecOps platform
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within large, complex enterprises
Build executive-level relationships to understand customer business objectives and position the employer as a strategic partner
Collaborate with various teams to design and execute account strategies supporting Net ARR performance
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports that communicate value and business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps or SaaS solutions
Proven background in selling to large, strategic accounts in Mexico
Knowledge of the Mexican enterprise market, including key industries and decision-making dynamics
Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion through consultative sales motions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline and customer adoption
Familiarity with GitLab and Salesforce in daily work
