What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities across various channels

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline-generation targets

Execute targeted outbound campaigns to engage stakeholders and drive qualified meetings

Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assess buying readiness

Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and territory planning

What is Required (Qualifications):

2+ years of SDR/BDR or inside sales experience with a proven track record in outbound prospecting

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and pipeline-generation goals

Prior experience with cold calling and generating new leads

Strong phone skills, excellent listening abilities, and effective writing and presentation skills

Experience engaging senior stakeholders across various functions

Familiarity with sales prospecting tactics and technologies such as email sequencing and LinkedIn
