What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting within strategic enterprise accounts

Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives on account strategy and territory planning

Conduct in-depth research to understand business priorities and decision-making processes of complex organizations

Lead initial conversations with senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges and strategic fit

Utilize CRM and prospecting tools to manage territory and track engagement metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):

2–4+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or inside sales role, focusing on enterprise or strategic account prospecting

Proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound sales efforts

Experience in partnering with Enterprise Account Executives in a sales environment

Strong executive-level communication skills, comfortable engaging with Directors, VPs, and C‑suite

Ability to navigate complex organizations and long sales cycles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Demonstrated success in building and executing account-based prospecting plans

Experience with account mapping and developing territory strategy

Familiarity with engaging stakeholders across IT, Security, Finance, and Operations

Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to discovery conversations

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and create structured approaches
