What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting activities across various channels, including phone, video, email, and social media

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline‑generation targets

Execute targeted outbound campaigns to engage stakeholders and drive qualified opportunities

Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns through discovery calls

Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and territory planning

What is Required (Qualifications):

2+ years of SDR/BDR or inside sales experience with a strong track record in outbound prospecting

Proven ability to achieve or exceed inside sales and pipeline‑generation goals

Experience in cold calling and generating new leads

Strong phone skills, excellent listening abilities, and effective written and presentation skills

Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C‑Suite) across multiple functions

Proficient with sales prospecting tactics and technologies (e.g., email sequencing, call cadences)

Motivated by both individual and team achievement

Curiosity about solving complex business challenges
