What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and manage a diverse pipeline across multiple territories and time zones
Actively seek out and engage new prospects using creative strategies
Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to prioritize prospects
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads
Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Business Development Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of work and training experience
2-3 years of sales development experience with a history of exceeding lead targets
Life sciences industry experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible and consistent in prospecting efforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Experience with Trial Master File and/or Clinical Operations
Proactive and go-getter attitude to exceed in this roleEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making an impact
