What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and prioritize a diverse pipeline across multiple territories and time zones to uncover new opportunities
Actively seek out and engage new prospects, showcasing a 'hunter' mentality
Utilize Salesforce and other tools to identify and prioritize prospects
Connect with prospects via phone, email, and social media to build relationships and qualify leads
Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Business Development Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of work and training experience
2-3 years of sales development experience, with a proven history of exceeding lead targets
Life sciences industry experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a flexible and consistent approach to prospecting efforts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Trial Master File and/or Clinical Operations
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making an impact
Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organization
