What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify and qualify opportunities for TMF-Technology and Services Solutions
Develop and manage a diverse pipeline across multiple territories and time zones

Utilize tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prioritize leads
Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Business Development Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of work and training experience
2-3 years of sales development experience with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets
Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail‑oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to prospecting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Trial Master File and/or Clinical Operations
Proven creative problem‑solving and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making an impact
Strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization
