What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, account planning, deal closing to renewal for companies with revenues of less than $500M

Meet or exceed revenue targets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs

Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders

Regularly update the CRM system to maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative approach

Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Experience selling to C‑level executives and leading detailed sales processes

Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change

Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with high‑velocity sales and a land‑and‑expand approach

Enthusiastic about refining sales strategies and enhancing team culture

College degree preferred
