What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to renewal Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (salesforce.com) What is Required (Qualifications)
College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience, particularly in the corporate sector Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative approach Experience with high‑velocity sales and a land‑and‑expand strategy Familiarity with selling to C‑level executives and identifying business challenges Ability to develop and execute an effective account plan How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
