What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Actively prospect and seek new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that meet customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative and value-based approach
Experience with high-velocity sales and a land‑and‑expand strategy, particularly with C‑level executives
Strong skills in leading sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): College degree preferred
Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently
Experience in developing and executing account plans
