What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, overseeing the entire sales process

Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to address their challenges

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience in the corporate sector

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in selling complex software solutions

Experience with high-velocity sales and solution selling to C-level executives

Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure

Capability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

College degree preferred

Experience with consultative sales approaches

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Skills in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

Enthusiasm for prospecting and establishing new client relationships
