What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing
Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts in the CRM system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and selling complex software solutions
Experience with high-velocity sales and consultative selling approaches to C-level executives
Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred
Experience with a land and expand sales approach
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently
Ability to develop and execute effective account plans
