What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline

Manage accounts focused on companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using Salesforce CRM

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, particularly in selling complex software solutions

Experience in high-velocity sales and selling to C-level executives using a consultative approach

Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree preferred

Experience with a land and expand sales approach

Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure

Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans

Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
