What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish consultative partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors, including brokers and enrollment firms
Stay informed on healthcare trends and product information within voluntary benefits
Manage target account lists and pipeline virgation reports
Follow a comprehensive sales process, including marketing programs and customer needs analysis meetings
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process, contributing to sales planning and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
At least 2 years of experience with voluntary or ancillary benefits
1+ year generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce for at least 1 year
Licensed agent in the resident state for Life & Health
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Consultative sales experience with strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proven ability to establish and maintain respectful relationships with various stakeholders
Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation
