What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in assigned territory
Analyze market information to create sales plans and present strategies to sales leadership
Establish and maintain relationships with key surgeons and independent distributors
Recruit and manage distributors in the designated territory
Support field sales activities, including training, labs, dinners, and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
At least 7 years of sales experience within the orthopedic space, preferably in foot and ankle
Experience negotiating contracts, managing territories, and resolving conflicts
Familiarity with hospital product approvals
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA
Technical knowledge of foot and ankle products
Experience working with foot and ankle specific independent distributors
