What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the designated territory
Recruit and manage independent distributors to enhance sales efforts
Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons and distributors in the assigned territory
Analyze market information to create effective sales plans and marketing strategies
Support field sales activities including training, cadaver labs, dinners, and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the orthopedic field, preferably foot and ankle
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes
Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing territories, and resolving conflicts
Experience working with independent distributors and hospital product approvals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
MBA
Knowledge of foot and ankle products and technical specifications
Experience with foot and ankle-specific independent distributors
