What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the designated territory
Drive engagement between distributors and sales teams to secure contract access
Establish and maintain relationships with key surgeons in the assigned territory
Recruit and manage independent distributors and representatives
Analyze market information to inform sales plans and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7 years of sales experience within the orthopedic space, preferably in foot and ankle
Experience negotiating contracts, managing territories, and resolving conflicts
Proven experience working with independent distributors
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA
Technical knowledge of foot and ankle products
Experience with foot and ankle specific independent distributors
