What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the designated territory

Analyze market information to create effective sales plans}')
Recruit and manage distributors/reps, ensuring successful transitions and retention
Coordinate sales opportunities between national accounts and field sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the orthopedic space, preferably in foot and ankle
Experience negotiating contracts, managing territories, and resolving conflicts
Proven ability to work with independent distributors
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA degree
Technical knowledge of foot and ankle products
Experience working with foot and ankle-specific independent distributors
