What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales and profits in the designated territory
Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons and independent distributors
Analyze market data to create effective sales plans and present to leadership
Support field sales activities such as training sessions, labs, and conferences
Ensure successful transitions and retention of surgeons following relocations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the orthopedic space, preferably foot and ankle
Willingness to travel up to 50% for business purposes
Experience in contract negotiations, managing territories, and conflict resolution
Proven experience working with independent distributors and hospital product approvals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA
Technical knowledge of foot and ankle products
Experience working with foot and ankle specific independent distributors
