This is a hands‑on growth role for someone who wants to build an app’s user base from zero - not inherit a polished playbook.
You’ll own organic app growth end to end, using social, UGC, and creator‑led strategies to drive real installs, activation, and engagement. This is a foundational hire, meaning you’ll help define what works, what doesn’t, and how growth is measured moving forward.
This role is best suited for a doer, not a manager. You’ll be creating content, testing ideas, reaching out to creators, and reviewing results daily. If you enjoy fast feedback loops, experimentation, and clear ownership, this role offers meaningful impact and visibility.
