ROAM Real Estate is a boutique brokerage based in Chicago, working across luxury residential and select commercial real estate. We’re relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and intentional about how we represent both clients and properties. We’re looking to bring on a licensed Associate Broker who is motivated, proactive, and interested in building their business within a collaborative, high-touch environment.

This role is ideal for someone who: Holds an active Illinois real estate license (required) Has 1–3 years of experience or is newly licensed with strong drive and professionalism Is interested in residential and/or commercial real estate Is comfortable with lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building Understands that building a pipeline requires initiative and follow-through Values mentorship, accountability, and a boutique brokerage culture

What you’ll be doing: Actively generating new business through outreach, follow-up, networking, and relationship building Prospecting for residential and/or commercial opportunities and developing a personal pipeline Supporting residential leasing and sales and/or commercial leasing and sales, depending on focus and experience Conducting showings, tours, and client meetings with a polished, service-forward approach Managing client communication and assisting with transaction coordination Learning and applying ROAM’s approach to representation, branding, and relationship-driven business

What we’re looking for: Active Illinois real estate license (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional presence, responsiveness, and attention to detail Self-motivated, organized, xsgimln and comfortable working independently
