Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the DSM leads a group of Account Sales Managers accountable graden for in-store execution for essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks KPIs, coaches, and develops the team.
Managing Expectations Establish Sales/KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators. This includes feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews. Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
Leading Excellence Spend 2 full days on route rides per week thirteen rate. Train and evaluate Account Managers on selling skills, role plays, overcoming objections, retail math, and understanding buying personalities. Conduct regular meetings/workshops and reward results.
Organizational Leadership Collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and lead among peer group. Build a diverse team that reflects the marketplace, exemplifies company values, and inspires through leadership. Ensure the team follows standards and operating procedures.és>
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.@Find>
English; additional languages an advantage.
Salary The base salary range for this position is $67,200 to $100,800 + cash incentives. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. Base pay range is subject to change.
