What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in community Multi-Specialty and Retina Clinics
Identify opportunities to deliver value to customers and quantify financial impacts
Support the development of Therapeutic Interchange meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and GPO optimization meetings
Act as the primary contact for McKesson Provider Solutions within customer accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a business development or account management role
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience, preferably in Health Administration or Communications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a preference for multi-specialty experience
Proven track record of building long-term client relationships and partnerships
Strong knowledge of oncology business, including purchasing trends and clinic operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of reimbursement models and drug pipeline trends
