What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in community Multi‑Specialty and Retina Clinics
Identify and quantify potential business opportunities to deliver value to customers
Support the organization of Therapeutic Interchange meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
Act as the primary contact for McKesson Provider Solutions, ensuring commitments are met
Manage territory performance to achieve Gross Profit and Revenue objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent work experience, preferably in Health Administration or Communications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or account management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Proven success in building long‑term relationships with clients at multiple organizational levels
Strong knowledge of oncology business and clinic operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management within the multi‑specialty sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Strong independent working skills within a fast‑paced environment
