What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive growth in strategic Non‑Commercial operator segments, including Healthcare and Senior Living

Manage and grow existing Unilever Food Solutions Non‑Commercial business, focusing on profit improvement and sector‑specific activities

Conduct market analyses to identify customer needs and quantify business opportunities

Deliver impactful sales presentations and ensure measurable results for key customer accounts

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support current and future business initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5‑10 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, particularly in strategic account management

Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and multi‑stakeholder models

Proficiency in identifying market trends and implications for business goals

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in Non‑Commercial foodservice segments

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and applications, including Salesforce

Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to complex selling

Ability to link industry trends to customer needs and develop long‑term strategies
