The Plexus Groupe is looking for candidates who dream big. We have an opening for a Sr. Client Manager within the Employee Benefits Practice at our Chicago office, but we will also consider candidates for our Deer Park, IL headquarters location.

Summary Handles the day-to-day administration, annual renewals, marketing of new and existing clients, and on-going customer service for an assigned book of business.
Essential Functions
Manage the day-to-day and annual issues of assigned clients, including annual marketing, proposal presentations, enrollment, on-going customer service and underwriting сөз들
Assist with the oversight of the assigned client team
Maintain client relationships to achieve client persistency
Identify, research, and present opportunities for new coverage with assigned clients
Assist producer with renewal and new client presentations by coordinating efforts from start to finish
Assist client team with sales and marketing efforts with new and renewal business
Maintain professional and courteous relationships with assigned clients by meeting regularly to discuss current issues and expectations to service the account
Required Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
3-5+ years of client management experience, with 5-7+ years of general Employee Benefits Brokerage experience – additional large market (100+) experience preferred
Proven professional history of success at managing client relationships
Possess a proven understanding of fundamental benefit laws, regulations and compliance standards
This role will be required to travel 20% of the time
State Life and Health Producers license is required; industry professional designation a plus
ರಾಗು\same to communicate with all levels of an organization, verbally and in writing required
Excellent attention to detail is required
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to calculate customized financial analysis and present an interpretation of the data and its meaning
Compensation and Benefits The approximate annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note the range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of the posting. Actual compensation within that range is based on a wide variety of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, individual qualifications, depth of experience, knowledge, skills, applicable certifications, and physical work location(s).
