Executive Recruiter | Search Engine Optimization Analyst Location : Bakersfield, CA (covering Southern California territory to San Diego)

Compensation : $110,000 - $150,000 + commission + car allowance + full benefits

A leading environmental services company is expanding its sales team and seeking a motivated Account Executive / Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across Southern California. This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on developing new business and managing existing accounts within industrial, construction, and environmental sectors.

You’ll Do

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the territory.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.

Conduct regular client visits and job site meetings to understand project needs.

Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare accurate proposals.

Represent the company professionally in client interactions, presentations, and networking events.

Key Service Lines

Environmental remediation and cleanup projects

Contaminated soil excavation and disposal

Tank cleaning and removal

Facility decontamination and demolition

Hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation and disposal

Emergency response and site restoration services

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in environmental, industrial, or waste services

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and remediation processes

Proven success in territory management, client development, and project-based selling

Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

Based in Southern California (Bakersfield, Los Angeles, or San Diego region)
