Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have leasing experience, including a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate the community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer needs by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Must have reliable transportation Bilingual is a plus Compensation and Benefits
