Compensation: $100,000 (depending on skill set) plus benefits and bonus potential
We are a real estate syndication firm headquartered in NYC that owns and manages a large and growing portfolio of multifamily properties in the Western United States. We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy, and versatile individual to serve as the right hand to the Principal.
You will be responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, overseeing asset management, and interfacing with investors. You must be capable of high-level organization, financial modeling and independent problem‑solving.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES额
Underwrite, prepare financial models, and create pitch‑books for new multifamily acquisitions
Assist and coordinate the due diligence process for new acquisitions
Coordinate and execute the distribution of quarterly investor reports
Assist in asset management of the existing multifamily portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience:
3 years in Real Estate acquisitions, finance asset management or operations, (Experience in Multifamily & Affordable Housing is a plus).
Tech Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (must be proficient with financial modeling) and file management systems.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Genius:
You love creating systems. You are detail‑oriented and never lose a file.
Availability:
While largely a desk‑based role, candidates should be available for minimal travel.
