Position Summary: The Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist is a passionate, innovative professional with a strong background in Employee Engagement. This role owns and drives team member engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and reinforce alignment with company culture.

Essential Duties:

Create, implement, and manage team member engagement, retention, and onboarding strategies, initiatives, and programs in partnership with Human Resources, operations leaders, and cross-functional business partners.

Conduct team member satisfaction surveys, in-sight sessions, stay interviews, and exit interviews to gather feedback on the employment experience.

Track, analyze, and report on key turnover and retention metrics, using data to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.

Partner with site leadership to develop and implement customized team member engagement and retention plans for each location, as needed.

Support new team members through their first 90 days and position them for long-term success.

Develop and implement programs that support internal growth opportunities, career pathways, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of human resources experience with a focus on employee engagement is required.

Multi-location, training, and healthcare experience preferred.

Ability to be flexible, organized, and detailed-oriented. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.

Strong analytical skills to leverage quantitative insights and drive continual improvement.
