What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide leadership and vision for the product portfolio
Define and deliver products that meet market needs
Develop and manage product roadmaps based on customer and business insights
Act as the product expert and Voice of the Customer for assigned products
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate market needs and product value
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3-7 years of relevant product and/or market experience
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Agile software product management experience
Healthcare data experience
Proven track record of developing strong internal and external relationships
