Overview As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, schedule and assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, assist in training new associates and foster a positive work environment.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, provide product recommendations, resolve complaints promptly, maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Sales and Target Achievement:
Drive sales, meet or exceed sales targets, monitor sales trends, collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies.
Inventory Management:
Receive, organize, replenish merchandise, conduct inventory counts, ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
