The world of work is changing. Short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work. At IWG, we are leading the way by building the world’s largest workspace network, enabling customers to work from wherever they need in more than 120 countries. Join us and help bring freedom to people and businesses while expanding our network. You’ll enjoy a great work‑life balance, competitive benefits, and career growth opportunities.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready and check that nothing the cleaners missed is overlooked. Throughout the day, customers arrive asking for a range of services: changing Wi‑Fi codes, locating packages, viewing meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and accessing coffee. You handle these requests, ensuring the proper services are charged and invoices remain accurate. You coordinate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, write e‑invitations, create posters, and engage prospective members. Maintaining a clean environment and facilitating guests’ needs is an ongoing priority. The day ends with ensuring all areas are tidy and guests are satisfied, then heading home.
