The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, helping to create and maintain your own community within your center, and handling the administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. Customers arrive throughout the morning with requests such as changing a WiFi code, checking on packages, directions to meeting rooms, or setting up projectors and coffee. You’ll connect calls, ensure services are properly charged for accurate invoices, and support customers as needed. After a coffee break, you continue assisting with mail, printing, and invoicing, and open tickets in the service portal when a space issue arises. In the afternoon, you plan and prepare networking event materials with the Community Manager and greet prospects. As the day winds down, you help wrap up meetings, direct clients to local dining, and ensure the space is tidy before heading home. About You We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
