The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so they can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with requests such as changing WiFi codes, checking on packages, helping with directions or setting up projectors, and ensuring services are properly charged for accurate invoicing. You handle mail and various customer requests, and you may open service tickets in the portal for issues like temperature in a team room. You also sort mail and keep customers informed about their packages and statuses.
After a coffee break, you continue assisting customers with printing, invoicing, and other needs. In the afternoon, you plan and organize next week’s networking event with the Community Manager, write e-invites, and create posters for the center. When a prospect visits, you share what makes the space valuable and invite them to join the network for upcoming events. As the day winds down, you help wrap up meetings in meeting rooms and ensure the space is tidy before heading home.

Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
